Refund Policy

Returns

Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges due to the nature of the products. However there are certain circumstance where we will be happy to exchange or offer a credit note. Such as any item that are defective or damaged.
We are unable to cancel or amend any orders that have already shipped.
We are unable to refund any sale items. 
You will be responsible for any orders returned to us due to being unclaimed or unable to be delivered, and will be recharged the  postage for them to be  redelivered. If you opt a refund you will be refunded minus the shipping cost.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or credit note. This can take up to 10 days.
If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and a replacement product will be sent out or a credit voucher will emailed to you.There is a processing time of 10 days before a exchange or credit note is issued.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
