1. Eligibility

1.1 The Pro Stylist Hub discount is available exclusively to professional hairstylists, salon owners, and beauty industry professionals.
1.2 Applicants must provide valid proof of profession, such as a hairstylist license, business registration, salon website, or portfolio of work.
1.3 Membership approval is at the sole discretion of Gripped Glue and may be revoked if eligibility criteria are not met.

2. Discount Details

2.1 The discount applies to selected products within the Gripped Glue and The Hair Lab collections.
2.2 The discount percentage and eligible products are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
2.3 Discounts are non-transferable and cannot be shared with non-members or used for personal purchases outside of professional use.

3. Order & Usage Guidelines

3.1 The Pro Stylist Hub discount is intended for professional use only and should not be used for resale.
3.2 Orders placed with the discount must be for business use (i.e., in-salon services and client applications.
3.3 Abuse of the program, including unauthorised resale at discounted prices or sharing discount codes, will result in immediate removal from the program.

4. Minimum Order Requirements

5. Returns & Exchanges

5.1 All sales made with the Pro Stylist Hub discount are final unless the product is faulty or defective upon receipt.

How Long Does UK Shipping Take?

For next day delivery we ship via DPD or DHL's next day service for orders placed before 2pm

For standard delivery we ship via DPD's 48-hour service for standard delivery on orders placed before 2 pm. Expect your order to arrive within 1-4 business days. (please allow 3-5 days during peak promotional periods)

UK Standard Delivery is FREE on orders over £100 and £5.99 for any order under that.

UK Next Day Delivery is £7.99

Can I Change My Delivery Address?

Regrettably, delivery addresses cannot be changed due to the rapid order preparation process. Ensure shipment notifications are activated to explore potential amendments for a smoother delivery experience.

I Can't Locate My Order!

If your tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered but you are unable to locate your order, don't worry. Firstly, check the usual delivery spots around your home and ask family members or neighbours if they have received it on your behalf. If after this the package still cannot be found, please contact the shipping courier for more information on the delivery location. Then, inform our team so we can investigate the status of your package and assist you further.
